Total Role Span : Head - HR for a team size of 400 across India.

Requires a work from office and a 5-days a week and might have travel to other office locations in Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad.

Experience - Complete HR Generalist with atleast 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in Media and Entertainment Industry will be an added advantage.

2. To establish Human Resource systems, policies and procedures

3. To plan sourcing of premium talent in the organization

4. To prepare a training and development plan to meet personal, professional and organizational needs of company employees and ensuring its Return on Investment

5.To develop a performance driven organization

6.To be a strategic partner in the business

7.To establish a robust HR - MIS system

8.To direct the administration of benefits/welfare programmes

9.To identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human resource function

10.To plan, guide and review all administration activities
