- HR-BP from a Premier B-school (TISS/ XLRI/ SIBM, etc.) with 8-12 years of relevant experience in a startup
Job Description:
- Drive Business Results: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, align HR strategies with business goals, and provide insights to optimize workforce productivity and performance.
- Deploy Manpower Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive manpower planning initiatives, including workforce analysis, talent acquisition, and succession planning, to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
- Capability Building: Identify skill gaps and learning needs within the organization, partner with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver effective training programs, and support employee growth and career development.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, promotions etc. while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve retention.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the impact of HR programs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
