The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR processes, procedures and best practices
- Responsible for organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance assessment, skills assessment, and development.
- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Provide compensation advice including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotion and job re-leveling recommendations.
- Partner on hiring the best talent for the business and HR teams.
- Handling the entire IR for the company- union management, settlement, dispute management, etc..
- Advice management from time to time on various legal issues related to HR and IR.
- Be a trusted advisor for HR leadership in managing employee issues in a consistent and fair manner
- Understand the business need and offer customized solutions to HR, leadership and other stakeholders working within the framework of the local law and existing companies policies
- Guide and coach HR managers in managing sensitive employee situations
Skills Required :
- Strong experience in handling HR and IR
- Experience in managing Union and Settlement (LTA/Bonus)
- 20-25 years of experience with MBA/MSW- HR degree, full-time- premier institute would be an added advantage.
- Strong conceptual, planning, decision-making, Analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to build, sustain and positively influence relationships, at all levels within the organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
