Head - Human Resource
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall mission and goals.
- Provide insights and guidance on human capital management, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Organizational Development:
- Drive initiatives related to organizational design, development, and effectiveness.
- Implement programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Employee Relations:
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Regularly review and update policies to ensure they align with industry best practices.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability.
- Provide leadership in the execution of performance appraisal processes.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Drive initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Work towards creating an inclusive workplace culture that values and respects all employees.
HR Technology:
- Stay abreast of HR technology trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to support the implementation of new strategies, processes, and technologies.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Work closely with legal teams to mitigate HR-related risks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 18-24 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in large, complex manufacturing / automobile / electronics organizations.
- MBA in Human Resources preferably from Premier Institute.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of current HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
