As Lead HR of large manufacturing Company , you would be responsible for :
- Post Graduate in HR with minimum 15-20 years experience
- Leading a team of plant HRs and corporate team - Guiding and leading them
-Expertise in IR and Labour Laws - should be able handle independently any IR/Union related concern
- Extreme Stake holder Intervention designing and implementing the HR strategy, managing change and transformation, designing the organization structure, overseeing the performance management system, developing HR policies
- Talent Management - Employee Life cycle
- Talent Acquisition & Talent Management - Pan India
SAP Expertise is a must
Reporting to CEO
Should have experience in handling mulitple plants
Comfortable with travelling
Should have worked for atleast 1000+ crore turnover co.
