Overview / Purpose of the Job Role Statement:

- The purpose of this role is to strategically support manufacturing operations in terms of Manpower planning, hiring, education to employees, performance management, driving employee interaction and engagement initiative, Employee Relations / Industrial relations, disciplinary proceedings and compliances.

- Candidate from strong HRBP strategic HR to apply. ideally candidates from product manufacturing companies known for their HR practices. big and well know Indian or MNC companies.

- The team of IR and HR operations will report to him/her.
