- Responsible for complete HR operations of a large Business (2500 Cr+) having Retail, Distribution, B2B Sales models
- Must have experience of handling a fairly large Sales workforce
- Must have experience of having conceptualised/adapted and implemented PMS, Variable Pay Schemes, Succession Planning
Responsible for :
- Recruiting and staffing;
- Performance management and improvement systems;
- Organization development;
- Compliance to regulatory concerns;
- Employee orientation, development, and training;
- Policy development and documentation;
- Employee relations
- Oversee Plant HR
- Company employee and community communication;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
- Employee services
