Responsibility and Accountability & Authority of the position:
- Corporate HR Functions - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, PMS, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, CSR, Environment Health & Safety (EHS)
- Industrial Relations - Labour Manpower Management, Wage Settlement
- Administration - Office & Factory
- Job profile will be the combination of both Corporate HR functions (70%) & Industrial Relations (30%).
