Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have exp in HR with 13+ years of handling the entire gamut of HR activities
- Should have experience in handling HRBP in a manufacturing environment (Corporate HR)
R&R of this position :
- Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day-to-day Operational issues
- To drive core HR programs such as PMS, R&R, Employee engagement and compensation planning.
- To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations
- Handle employee counseling & grievances
- Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives
- To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work
Key Skills Required :
- Minimum 13+ years of overall experience in HR generalist role with a full time MBA from Premier institutes.
- Excellent communication with stakeholder management skills
- Experience from Manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work between 11 am to 9 pm kind of shift.
