- Manage & Develop a team of HR specialists.; Ensure on-time audit-proof payroll accounting
- Responsible for Talent acquisition, integration, development and retention

- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant statutes & laws related to in the organization
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve and maintain amenable employee relations

Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company:
- A Full time degree in MSW/MBA in HR with 12 to 15 year's industry experience, preferably with a global matrix organizations
- Experiences in working with and implementation of modern HR processes
- Profound knowledge of HR-related matters, IT proficiency and in-depth experience with currently established HR tools
- Willing to embrace change and proven experience in people development
- Dynamic and assertive personality and highly skilled at negotiation
- Highly skilled in analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, coupled with a pragmatic and structured work approach.
- Pronounced advisory and professional networking skills
