- Develop & execute human resource strategy (Corporate & Plant) in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization
- Leadership development and Employee life cycle management from talent acquisition to exit
- Succession planning, change management, performance management & training
- Craft strategic recruitment and retention plans; Drive career management and employee development
- Contract Labor, payroll management, statutory compliance, employer branding etc
- Promote workplace inclusion and reinforce organization as an equal opportunity employer
- Develop compensation & benefits plans that are competitive & cost-effective
- Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes
- Experience in HRMS; Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- MBA, 10-12 years' experience, 35-40 years' of age, Rs. 20-25 lakhs per annum
- HRD STRATEGY, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, SUCCESSION PLANNING, PMS, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT, HRMS, C&B, PLANT HRD
