Head - Human Resource - Logistic & Shipping Firm

Looking for Head HR for one of my logistic and shipping company based in Navi Mumbai.

Below is job profile provided :

Qualification : MBA

Experience : 12 -20 yrs. of experience as an HR/ Admin

Role Summary :

- Responsible for implementing and executing all the aspects of HR processes like performance management, talent acquisition, training, talent management for the employees of the Group functions. S/he will be managing 500+ employees across functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with senior management and other HR teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning and skill assessment and development, talent management processes.

- Assisting business management to effectively utilize the retention/motivational rewards

- Ensure proper and unbiased feedback to employees with data points supporting the ratings

- Providing compensation support including salary planning, promotions etc

- Providing support on HR issues at group level
