Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and drive cultural transformation.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to the HR team.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Experience in Bulk & Leadership hiring. Should have worked extensively in the Insurance sector.
- Implement talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to ensure employees meet business objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Learning & Development:
- Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HR-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
HR Metrics & Analytics:
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 to 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Insurance Industry.
- Experience in Bulk hiring in the Insurance space is a must.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in India.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
