- Their Jewelry business employs more than 4,000 people, operates out of 50,000 sq feet corporate head office, and owns five independent manufacturing units spread across 250,000 sq feet of space.

- Looking out to hire a smart, self-driven and seasoned HR professional having 10 + years strong HR acumen and business orientation, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis .

- Someone who can define role of mission, values and vision, HR strategy, designing the organizational culture, develop a competency model.

- Drive people processes such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Progression, Compensation, Training and Development, Rewards and Incentives etc.
