We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR planning, strategy development, and leadership development. This role is critical in driving the company's HR initiatives to support our business goals and enhance our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Oversee the planning and execution of HR policies and programs.

- Ensure the HR department's operations align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Leadership Development:

- Identify and nurture leadership talent within the organization.

- Develop and implement leadership training programs.

- Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and managers.

Talent Management:

- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

- Develop and implement talent management and retention strategies.

- Ensure a robust onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Address employee concerns and grievances effectively.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management:

- Develop and implement performance management systems.

- Ensure regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.

- Identify areas for employee development and provide necessary training.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.

- Review and update benefits programs to meet employee needs.

Organizational Development:

- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Lead change management processes.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Manage risk related to employee relations and HR practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.

- Proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation.
