- In the past 6 years of its existence the company has made 400 times the profit . The current headcount of the organisation is around 1000 plus employees.
- HR Leader role is based in Pune and its a global exposure role for managing all the delivery centres.
- He/She shall be responsible for PAN India Recruitment TOP FOCUS with Business Growth, Human Resources Management, Organization Transformation at Corporate level handling Employee Retention Practices, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Learning & Development Practices etc
- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets
- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.
- Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders
- He /She will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to Pan - India locations, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development.
- He should be Champion for Change Management & Transformation of Organization to 'Great Place To Work For'. Responsible for HR Interventions at all levels through Innovation, Creativity and Enlisting Employee Support.
- To provide leadership and direction to the full spectrum of HR function of the company.
- Build and grow the company's culture by aligning policies and procedures with the company's mission and core values, as well as facilitating effective communication within the organization.
- Manage the talent activities including talent management, performance management, succession planning, and employee life cycle management and employee relations.
- Managing entire HR activities that include payroll, compensation & benefits, generalist activities, administration and compliance
- Conceptualizing, communicating and nationally deploying the performance dialogue and recognition programs and bringing alive the transformational agenda around performance management
- Please note that the candidate must be willing to work in Night Shifts as the Business hours are US timings.

Educational Qualifications : Graduate / PG / MBA in HR preferable
Industry : ITES/KPO
Experience : 10 years and above
