- Performance & Development: Drive performance management and learning programs for skill and leadership growth.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure policy adherence and regulatory compliance across locations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay structures and reward programs for each vertical.
- HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage tech and analytics to drive HR insights and efficiencies.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing HR team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-15 years in HR for staffing/BPO/IT services.
- Education: MBA in HR/Business Administration only from Pedigree HR Institutes.
- Skills: Strategic planning, compliance, talent management, workforce analytics, and strong interpersonal skills.
