We have an opening with one of our clients for the role of HR Head Role.

Job Description:

1. Details of the organization:-

a. Current Head Count:- 550 employees Pan India

b. Pan India Presence.

c. The company has a very good retention policy, hence the current attrition rate is 1.2%

d. Office Location:- Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

2. Designation:- HR Head

3. Other details:-

a. They are looking for the candidate who can work with young employees, Its more of a start-up like an environment within the organization.

b. Candidate should have a stable work Exp. And should have got one promotion in the previous organization.

c. Should have the basic understanding of compliance.

d. Good experience working in HR Admin, Payroll management.

d. Will manage a team of people which includes:- HR, Admin, Payroll, and Wellness.

e. Candidate will report to CEO and MD.
