Head - Human Resource - IT

One of the largest private sector bank is looking for a vertical HR Head to lead complete HR agenda for their technology, digital & business Solns. team based out of Mumbai. The initiative is to create focused & independent HR ecosystem for the tech & digital team that would drive mission critical transformation agenda.

- He/She will be responsible for complete employee life cycle of 3000 employees expected to grow exponentially.

- Should have exposure to ramping-up, business partnering, talent management, talent acquisition etc.

- Must be from IT, ITES, e-commerce, Fintech industry or similar

- 13 -18 years post qualification experience

- MBA (full time) in HR from a premier Institute

- HR team size is expected to be 6-8 member in a year's time.
