Principle Accountability :
- Ensure that all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in accordance with the organization's human resource strategy.
- Support regional business and functional leaders, develop and execute HR strategies in support of business objectives by transforming HR into cost, quality and customer-focused strategic business partner.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers to ensure that the organization's human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level so that the organization's human resource strategy is aligned with other business strategies.
- Work closely with business to conduct organization assessments and upgrade talent by collaboration with the staffing function in talent pipeline development.
- Work with leadership team to manage talent development by effectively leveraging corporate resources.
- Ensure a workplace where we retain, engage and motivate employees to make a difference and produce the results that accomplish the Company's purpose and goal.
- Develop strategies and actions to increase employee engagement and commitment.
- Assess and address individual and organization capabilities to develop a collaborative, high performance culture.
- Represent the organization in interactions with external parties (for example, other organizations, industry associations, employee unions, government agencies, labor relations authorities, media, not-for-profit organizations) in order to protect the organization's interests and reputation
