Ideally looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience in working with Human Capital driven organizations in the services sector
- Ideally been exposed to full organizational life cycle from Startup Phase, to Growth Phase to Enterprise Phase
- Managed remote business operations where the manpower is spread across different geographies in the country
- Managed both strategic and operational aspect of the HR function right from organization design and development to change management, compensation design, setting up HR systems and policies, driving productivity, manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, attrition management, Payroll etc.
- Handled HR functions of significantly large organizations with 500 + people on roll
Managerial skills sought:
- Has maturity and understanding to handle varied expectations and requirements of people at various level right from senior executive to entry level staff
- Ability to build and lead a team of HR professionals responsible for the various business divisions
- Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting ability. Must display initiative and capability of assuming ownership of projects/tasks
