Role description:- You shall support the design and implementation of HR operating models and organisational structures, improve HR process efficiency, manage people risks, support change efforts to help the organisation to successfully transition to a future state, and advise organisation on a range of HR challenges.

- You shall lead the delivery of transformation projects, demonstrate technical competence (Organisational Change Management, Organisational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex challenges.
The role would need to work closely with all the functions to ensure that the visibility of business requirements is available.
- The Candidate will be aligned with overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans.
- The candidate will need to set up sourcing channels (Consultants, Online, Colleges, referrals, inhouse processes, etc), identify and design mechanisms of people assessment, track & deliver fulfilment of all requirements as per business needs.
Background: MBA from a TIER 1 institute only
