Head HR from premier B School ( Corporate and Plant HR function) in North India (22-28 yrs)

This is a Head HR role which requires qualified HR professional from Premier Institutes. The company is a large Indian Corporate with a employee strength of 5000+ employees and also they are setting up a new project. The position is of a Head HR role based at North India.

Key Requirement:

1)The candidate must have a minimum of 22 yrs of experience.

2) Must have done 2 yrs Full-time MBA/ PGDM from Premier B school.

3) Candidate Must have worked both in Corporate and Plant HR Function in a leadership role.

4) The candidate must have experience in end to end HR function which a proficiency in IR and Labour Laws.
