Head - Human Resource
- Heading the Human Resource function in an organization of about 200 to 300 employee strength.
- Responsible for Corporate and manufacturing HR activities and relevant statutory compliances
- Owning the hire to retire process for the organization
- Overall responsibility of the department including compensation, payroll, statutory compliances, office management and security
- Strategic partner to the business functions, analyzing current people strategies, talent management, manpower budget and developing improved action plans
- Handling manpower contractors and ensuring 100% compliance adherance.
- Collaborating with other functions and facilitating the employee training and development and performance management.
- Devising people centric policies and attracting, selecting and retaining employees.
- Devising the company corporate Social Responsibility policy in a manner to maximize positive impact on local communities and the environment
- Designing the CSR program and its implementation
- Ensuring that the CSR policies meet legal and commercial needs and reporting
- Encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups
- Employee engagement and satisfaction surveys
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, risk management and handling internal and external audits.
