Role :
Responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership for the business across India
- Focus on establishing /reforming the HR function and its services including, employee engagement, training and development, general employee communications and all aspects of total rewards such as pay planning and position classification.
- Be responsible for designing of work positions; talent acquisition; reward, recognition and strategic pay; performance management and appraisal systems; career and succession planning; and employee engagement & development.

- 10-12 years of Human Resource Generalist experience with at least 3 years in an HR Leadership role
- Experience in the hospitality/retail industry
- Experience in dealing with large number of people particularly at front line levels Competencies
