Role : Head of HR ( Chief Human Resource Officer) - Healthcare
Location : Ahmedabad
Purpose of the role :
- The incumbent would be heading the HR of a Large Healthcare Organisation on a pan India basis. He/she would be handling a fair sized team and would report directly to the Board of Directors.
- The incumbent would be responsible for partnering the Transformation, Leadership Team in development & successful achievement of strategic business goals & objectives enabled by well aligned HR systems & practice on pan India basis such as: Staffing, Induction, PMS, Training etc. Focus on strategic HR, Talent transformation, PMS, culture building, L&D and Talent Acquisitions & Recruitment's etc.
Qualifications :
- Premier B School MBA in HR with min. 14 - 18+ yrs of exp. of looking after entire gamut of HR.
- Services Industry exposure would be preferred.
- Good knowledge, communication and relationship ability to professionally interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Should have worked earlier with progressive companies having contemporary HR practices/ TRANSFORMATION in the Service sector of the economy.

Job responsibilities :
- HR policy and strategy formulation in line with the business objectives.
- HR sourcing with a emphasis on improving the quality of intake and timeliness. (Recruitment strategy, process, using selection tools etc.).
- Should have high level of selection skills, ability to attract talents, employer branding etc.
- Induction through systematic process of employee induction program for all levels including one to one orientation program for Sr. Executives / Managers.
- Competency building through training need / gap identification, designing training programs, conducting soft skill training, developing internal trainers.
- Developing alternate learning initiatives and managing change transformations.
- Performance Management - Setting of KRAs for all functions and ensuring timely performance reviews and performance feedback on a half yearly basis.

- Talent Acquisitions & Recruitment's
- HR transactions (overseeing effectiveness of Pay Roll, Expense management, PF, ESIC, Medical, Bonus, Gratuity matters) & MIS (e.g employee database management, exit analysis etc.)
- Managing all issues relating to reward and compensation management (Developing potential candidates, monitoring their growth as per the Career Plan, organizing assessment centers etc).
- Supporting line functions on various People issues with proper advise and guidance.(Emphasize on culture building, value demonstration, ethical practices, people orientation, coaching and ownership).
- OD and performance management activities as per the business need.
- Culture building for the organization in line with global strategic growth.
- All other HR activities to bring improved work processes and effective employee engagement.
