- Plan and design new methods for developing and strengthening HR/Organizational climate.
- Formation of Policy /Guidelines /Manual
- Effective implementation of various HR system / sub - systems and mechanisms.
- Develop organization for changing environment by keeping employees, motivated, innovative and committed.
- Managing HR and Administration related Statutory Requirements
- Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits Management and Performance Management
- Organization Development, Career Planning and Developing core competencies in the organization.
- Manpower planning, Recruitment, Retention, Selection & Induction.
- Training & Development and Succession Planning Management
- Employee Retention and Attrition Management
- People Management and Change Management
Education, experience, competencies :
- Degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent
- Having minimum progressive experience of 14+ years or more in a HR leadership role
- Good Communication skill
- Above average oral and written communication skills including fluency in English.
- Basic finance skills
- Excel and other Microsoft Office product
- Experience in dealing with organizational change and integration issues
- Union Negotiations and Sub contract labor handling
- Up to date knowledge of employment laws and practices in India, including industrial relations, workers- compensation and occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
