Responsibilities :
Establish HR strategy in line with business objectives :
- Ensure organization is employer of choice
- Help employees unlearn old practices and adopt new practices
- Create culture of customer service excellence and focus on clinical outcomes
Organization development :
- Define, recruit and on-board / induct organization for the business
- Assimilate new practices and employees into existing business; minimize employee turnover
- Define and document HR policies
- Prepare organization for rapid scale up and roll out of multiple centres
Training and Development :
- Develop training & development plans and implement them
- Monitor and manage career progression of employees
Performance Management :
- Define Balanced Scorecards for doctors and employees
- Define and implement - KPI, rewards & recognition systems
- Employee engagement and motivation including special focus on doctor engagement
- Manage Operational HR - HR processes, payroll, recruitment, etc
