Responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership for the business across India & GCC
- Improve HR function with an objective of making the co. a Great Place to Work (GPTW) for clinical and non-clinical teams
- Identify gaps and develop a roadmap to address key improvement areas in the above journey; e.g. Org design, structure, performance culture through PMS deployment, employee engagement etc.
- Drive a common - way of working- across India.
- Develop compensation strategy as per org structure hierarchies; maintain internal parity.
- Implement a robust employee communication process
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all HR processes including; recruiting, performance management, separations, terminations and transfers are performed in a consistent, accurate, compliant and timely manner.
- Identify & seek external vendors where required; This will include HRMS, talent acquisition, PMS, R&R, employee engagement, training & development;
- Direct and review audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of Human Resource data, applications and reports.
- Ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance for entire organization.
- Ensure that the highest standards of compliance and ethics are embedded into the organization

Key Initiatives -
- Robust implementation of Performance Management using BSC
- Succession planning and leadership development
- GPTW preparation & participation
- Contracts standardization (including Doctors)
Key Performance Indicators -
- GPTW ranking & benchmarking vs. plan
- Employee satisfaction index vs plan
- Undesired employee attrition (including nursing)
- Feedback from internal customers (Corporate & SBU heads) on the effectiveness of ongoing support
Qualification -
- Master's Degree or equivalent with specialization in Human Resources
- 12-15 years of Human Resource Generalist experience with at least 3 years in a HR Leadership role
- Experience with driving the HR agenda in smaller org will be desired over a maintenance HR role in a large mature org
- Experience in the service industry with a national exposure is preferable
- Experience in dealing with large number of people particularly at front line levels
- Understanding of ESOPs related contracts & doctor related contracts is highly desirable
