- Responsible to manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- To identify the training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies
- Formulate the policies and procedures for the organization
- Involve in the organization development through various employee engagement, talent hunt, reward and recognition
- Responsible for the change management initiatives
- Handle employee grievances
- Maintain documentation, feedback & other MIS
