The position is responsible to manage end to end HR, Administration, Legal functions of 2 sites in Maharashtra
Broad Roles & responsibilities :
HR Operation :
- To manage HR Operations with in the budget cost
- To ensure recruitment TAT is as per guidelines
- To ensure PMS cycle is completed as per timelines
- To partner with Head Office for achieving targeted training mandays
- To ensure 100% accuracy for Annual increment cycle
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives at plant to create a conducive working environment.
- Benchmark comp & benefit with surrounding industry to ensure parity.
Legal compliance/Liasoning :
- To liaison with local govt. officials/Gram Panchayat to create favourable environment for organization
- To ensure compliance to statutory laws
- To prepare and review SOPs
- To impart training to employees on HR SOPs as per CQA calendar
Administrations :
- To ensure administrative services (transportation /conveyance/housekeeping / security ) are as per employee satisfaction .
Ideal Candidate :
Education (degree / diploma) : Master's degree in Human Resources
Experience : 8-12 years HR experience with Plant Stint
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) :
- Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced, learn-on-the-job business environment.
- Outstanding listening, written and oral communication skills.
- Independent and confident personal style with a high degree of integrity
- Ability to sift large amounts of information, quickly identify the salient points and provide relevant insights.
Leadership / Managerial Attributes :
- Highly organized and disciplined self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
- Ability to work with multiple audiences, while building strong personal networks across a complex, consensus-driven organization
- Exceptional attention to detail,highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery
