Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, develop job descriptions and specifications as per business requirements, finalize the sourcing mix, manage end to end selection process. Ensure management of seamless joining formalities for all candidates.
Plan human resource requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Implementing an effective process for identifying and addressing the learning and developmental needs and managing the aspirations of the diverse groups within the region.
Designing and leading initiatives to enhance motivation and increase engagement levels across the team in the region.
Plan and implement dedicated actions related to the talent strategy and partner with line leaders to grow diverse leadership pipeline and build critical capabilities.
Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
Manage a fair transparent performance review process to enable each individual meet their performance goals.
Benchmark Retention Strategies and implement processes and policies to encourage retention.
Expertise in HR across compensation & benefits, performance management system, employee relations, HR policy & frameworks and compliance with HR laws. Basically creating an institution that is able to attract and retain great talent.
Qualifications :
Post-Graduation MBA with Premier School Tier 1 or Tier 2 Experience : 14+ years
