Job role:
- Designing and implementing a robust Organization structure to deliver the organization goal
- Design and implement Performance Management Process which would ensure strong alignment of functional and well and inter-department goals.
- Design the reward structure to optimize employee cost and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to Compliance as per the state and central labor authorities.
- Review and update policies which could optimize cost and retain talent
- Facilitate training to the employees on technical and soft skills
- Designing an Employer Value Proposition to attract and retain talent at the middle management level
- Facilitate succession planning for the identified critical positions and execute the same
- Building the culture of Ownership & Engagement
- Explore the opportunity of automation/system implementation in HR
- Develop own team member to lead 3-4 initiatives for the group
- Expand HR processes to other businesses in Group (India location)
- Bring in industry best practices relevant to the business
