Roles and Responsibilities :
- HR Policies Framing & Review. Framing of Policies & Reviews and Rolling out the same as per the needs of the organization.
- Recruitment across all levels and all functions for the Head office and branches/hubs across the country.
- Strategically plan human resource strategies in support of organizational goals. Manage organizational change to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
- New employee orientation program (Prepared a presentation for all new joiners with an HR perspective)
- Supervising the joining formalities of the recruits including their offer and appointment letters and making sure they join on time.
- In charge of PMS including Probation Appraisals, Promotion Appraisals and Annual Appraisals. Conducting Training sessions starting from identifying training needs and development interventions, shortlisting candidates, trainers, and training courses and the actual implementation of the training program for the field staff.
- Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Liaising with Govt. authorities for registrations/issues. In collaboration with the legal department, leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements related to human resources.
- Consult /counsel employees whose performance is below acceptable standards.
- Oversee resignations/exit formalities
- Prepare HR Budget.
- Ensure the Health and safety of employees.
- Prepare and follow disciplinary action when it is required.
- Employee Grievance Handling and resolving conflicts that arise.
Expected candidate profile :
- Experience in entire gamut of HR activities. From NBFC or BFSI
- The individual would manage the key stakeholders and partner with them to ensure business effectiveness.
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
- Good knowledge of Labour legislation & compliance.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance relating to PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/TDS.
- Strong decision-making and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong English communication skills both oral and written are mandatory
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
