- A Strong handle on the entire gamut of HR functions like Compensation & Benefits, Strategic Initiatives, Recruitment Planning, Statutory Compliances, Management Consulting, Employee Life Cycle, Performance Management System, Employee Relations etc.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be required to provide leadership to the entity of the group on Talent.
- Management, Performance Management, Employee Connect and Grievance Management, People Practices and Policies, Engagement Initiatives, Attrition Management and Retention, HR Analytics.
- Creating talent management strategies to align with short and long-term strategic plans.
- Lead the annual performance and review, post-review, promotion, grade correction and confirmation processes.
- Revisit the compensation philosophy and various related schemes to match the evolving needs of the organization.
- Pro-actively retain Key Talent by ensuring market-leading pay in line with an individual's role and potential.
- Handling Data Integrity, Non-Compliance with Policies, Issues.
- Partnering with leadership to resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective and thorough investigations.
- Partnering with line to Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures.
- Advising business on compensation matrix to ensure top talent is retained and rewarded.
- Supporting Business leads in addressing non-performance.
- Succession and career planning to ensure a ready talent pipeline for all Middle and Senior roles.
- Supporting businesses in institutionalizing various employee engagement initiatives.
- Actively supporting the Leadership Team to chalk out engagement frameworks for their team.
- Working with teams to identify training needs and helping the L&D team with inputs.
- Working closely with management and employees to improving work relationships, building morale and the increasing productivity.
- Partnering with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Responsible for developing actionable analytics using technology and statistical measures for the use of Human Capital team.
