Looking for HR head for a Pharma set up in Ahmedabad.
- Should have experience in sales HR, managing the field force across the country.
- The job holder shall be responsible for effectively delievering - end to end- HR processes. This includes entire gamut of HR operations like recruitment, selection, effective on boarding, employee relations, finalization of KRAs and sustaining them, facilitation during appraisals, ensuring smooth exit processes, performance counsel & support
Recruitment & Selection:
Performance Management:
- Appropriate support to Head Branded HR in designing KRAs for FF upto level of AGMs for respective divisions
- Ensuring effective implementations of PMS for all levels in the field
- Educating FF on PMS parameters during training and through constant interaction; the same shall be briefed to new joinees during induction processes
- Facilitate appraisal discussions in FF under the direction of Functional Head
Competence Building:
- Identify training needs while recruitment, on boarding, periodic discussions with line managers, interacting during briefing meetings etc
- Prepare training MIS in coordination with training team; ensure that the training feedback; reports are documented in the employee file of each employee
- Identifying the bottom 10% employees in each division and address the improvement in performance through various mechanisms in consultation with HOD and Head - Branded HR
- Training initiatives with the objective talent development for grooming future managers from within (this includes module development, career counseling, etc)
Employee Retention:
- Identify reasons for attrition in case of resigned employees, interpreting the same & identify organization improvement areas
- Sustain the initiatives for employee retention arrived through pulse survey
- Attrition analysis for respective divisions and identify patterns of exits for interventions
- Reduction of attrition levels in each division (by 30% points)
Employee Relations:
- Understand and document employee concerns, productivity concerns in various divisions within the zone, bring the concerns to the notice of the stake holders
- Educate line managers on IR & HR role that they are expected to play for self and team development
- Cascade corporate employee relations program to the field force
Cascading HR Initiatives:
- Implementation of corporate HR initiatives like mentorship scheme, employee referral scheme, pulse surveys and any other scheme implemented from time to time
MIS:
- Preparation & Submission of MIS pertaining to attrition, exit analyisis, other KPIs for the assigned divisions on a monthly basis
- Daily & Weekly report analysis of direct reports and submission of collated reports for respective divisions - M.I.S.Analysis and updating
- Ensure daily updating on FFR reporting to Head of Symbiosis, HOD & Cluster Head.
- To prepare Field Expense analysis, field staff activity, Field Staff Coverage, Specialty wise Coverage (SM/ABM and FO) and submit to Symbiosis HOD to every month for Divisional Head & Cluster Head.
- Indirectly assisting Symbiosis HOD & Divisional Head by providing quality feedback on work analysis of FOs/ABM and Sales Managers with complete coverage report enabling them to take suitable steps for optimizing Performance & Productivity.
- Data on sales and field activity to be merged and provided to HODs and HR for issue of Probation, Confirmation & Increment letters on time.
- Daily Dash Board on Drs Call Avg. And submit to the Symbiosis HOD for MD / Cluster Head / Divisional Head.
- KOL Dr's Visit track report prepared on weekly basis and submit to Symbiosis HOD for Divisional Head and Cluster Head.
- Weekly SM wise Dr.Call Avg, Coverage, Attrition and KOL data prepared and submit to Symbiosis HOD, Divisional Head & Cluster Head.
