Heading HR of a fast-growing Engineering Technology company engaged in the Design and Manufacture of innovative and R&D-intensive products, primarily responsible for :
- Policy Formulation and Implementation,
- Operations including hiring critical Leadership & academically bright young Engineers from the best colleges and nurturing High Potentials.
Requirements :
- Full-time MBA from a highly ranked institute.
- Experience in evaluating and hiring the best available talent (campus hiring/junior management)
- Track record of Policy Formulation and Implementation
