They are seeking a highly skilled HR Leader to join their team and support their mission by overseeing HR functions and initiatives across the organization.

Position Overview:

The HR Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with their business objectives, ensuring effective management of HR functions, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, experience in HR management within the automobile/ manufacturing sector, and a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Partner with senior management to understand business needs and create HR plans to support organizational growth and development.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

- Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR department.

- Has done culture-building work for an organization at 0-1 or 10-100 level

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed school.

- of 8-12 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial preferably within the automobile, startup and manufacturing sector.
