Position - Head HR
Company - A leading Education Technology Company
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
1)To lead the HR team and implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, performance management and succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor regulations.
2) To develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
3) To support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
4) To guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
5) To track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.
6) To manage internal communication projects
7) To measure the effectiveness of our employee engagement initiatives and recommend and implement new/improved initiatives.
