- Responsible for overall strategy formulation and management of HR and Facilities.
- Build, lead and mentor a result-oriented HR function, including organization structure, employee relations, employee communications, talent management etc.
- Participate in business planning processes and ensure that all HR programs and policies are aligned with organizational goals and priorities in support of the organization mission.
- Implement best practices to ensure that the organization remains a great place to work for our team
- Ensure legal compliance for all requirements and regulations related to employment, benefits, compensation
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee relations issues are effectively addressed in a timely manner.
Requirement :
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resource from a premier B-School such as IIM, XLRI etc.
