Head - Human Resource
- Identify the organizational capabilities required for delivery in schools and help to build these capabilities and skills along with the Academics and Business Heads.
- Drive team effectiveness, including leadership coaching, assessing team styles and skills mapping to improve performance of the ESPL and schools talent
- Support leaders with talent development, retention, performance management, employee relations processes across the schools and its implementation
- Obtain HR data and business intelligence ; share information, patterns and trends to raise awareness of people issues
- Acting as an advocate of the company's values and culture to create a best in class work environment
- Ability to identify the key problems in complex situations, and propose feasible solutions.
- Manage HR Projects as required
- Work with the Business Development & transitions teams to implement change in schools that are being acquired.
- Support all other HR Intervention by adding value to the existing process like Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Reward and Recognition, On boarding and Induction.
Talent Acquisition & Retention :
- Oversee sourcing and recruitment at ESPL and school teams.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Assist in formulating Employee Engagement Practices to promote retention.
Learning & Development :
- Work with academics and business managers to identify the capabilities required and deliver training programmes based on requirements at school end
- Facilitate the use of survey results for various OD interventions as required and also assist is driving L&D programs
Performance Management :
- Formulation and implementation of performance management processes across the schools
- Define the linkages between performance process and the compensation and establish a strong performance orientation in the organisation
Compensation & Benefits :
- Provide industry relevant inputs on Compensation and Benefits based on data analytics to attract best talent.
- Oversee the payroll and adherence with statutory compliances
- Rewards & Recognition
- Provide qualitative and quantitative inputs for attractive Rewards and Recognition options to promote talent retention
