Head - Human Resource - eCommerce - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Head HR for a leading ecommerce start-up in Bangalore.

As part of the leadership team, will focus on people strategy including Organization structure, PMS, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition etc.

Partner with stakeholders in Oranzational design, Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results

Desired Profile:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute ( Full time)

- 12-15 years experience in HR at leadership level.

- Must be on a current salary bracket of 45-50 Lacs atleast .
