Job Description :

- Inception of HR functions for organization. Independently front ending all HR related activities manpower budgeting through recruitment and selection until separation and settlement.

- Conducting orientation sessions and training of new hires including communicating mission, vision, objectives and core values of the organization. Providing support to top management and coordinating with other line managers to ensure proper implementation of policies, procedures, norms and values.

- Compensation fitment, offer making, candidate on-boarding.

- Performance management including capability building- preparation and finalization of performance targets as per budget, assessments and appraisals, preparing analytical assessment reports, discussing areas of strength and weaknesses while providing plans, proposals for development.

- Reward management market study,compensation benchmarking. Assessment and implementation of reward plans on continuous basis. Preparing detailed job analysis, evaluation and design via creating and periodic updating of job descriptions.

Leading the Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

- Hands-on experience and credibility as a Leader in Leadership Hiring, University Hiring, Employment

- Branding, Recruitment Program s, Volume Hiring, Sales Hiring.

- Manage customer relationship across multiple verticals and business units . W orking towards partnering with business to achieve shared organizational objectives.

- Work towards designing and implementing HR systems and processes supporting strategic business aims and organizational changes by leading change.
