Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead and oversee the HR function. The candidate should have proven expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS), Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), and Frontline Hiring. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to create a high-performing, engaged, and innovative workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management Systems (PMS):

- Design, implement, and manage an effective PMS to drive a culture of accountability and performance excellence.

- Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate employee performance and align them with organizational goals.

- Conduct performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers for employee appraisals.

2. Organizational Development (OD):

- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure a structured approach to workforce planning.

- Drive change management strategies to support business growth and cultural transformation.

- Develop succession planning and leadership development frameworks for key roles.

3. Learning & Development (L&D):

- Build and implement L&D programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.

- Identify training needs and curate content for functional, behavioral, and leadership training.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning by implementing mentoring and coaching programs.

4. Frontline Hiring & Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline roles, ensuring timely and quality hires for operational efficiency.

- Build a robust talent pipeline through sourcing strategies, partnerships, and innovative hiring practices.

- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the e-commerce sector.

5. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on HR policies, organizational design, and talent management.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.

- Foster a positive work culture by implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR, with strong exposure to PMS, OD, L&D, and recruitment.

- Experience in the e-commerce sector is highly desirable.

- Proven track record in managing diverse teams and driving HR transformation.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to create data-driven HR strategies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
