- Overall strategic and operational responsibility for entire gamut of HR and IR functions for both Corporate and Plant operations,to be supported by a team of HR/IR professionals
- 18-22 years of Post-qualification experience covering entire HR and IR functions with strong and dynamic mid-sized manufacturing organisations with good systems and processes.,with atleast latest 5 years as no.1 in mid-sized or no.2 in larger organisations with Corporate and plant locations and sizeable employee strength.
