Role Summary:
- Are you excited about leveraging your HR experience in building and leading the complete HR function for a fast-growing AI-driven Sales-Tech startup?
- The Head of HRwill be the custodian of the people agenda at and champion a positive culture at the company. The incumbent will need to build processes and systems and also drive them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
- Lead a team of recruiters and build a strong candidate pipeline for all positions/key roles.
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Create campus relations and drive campus hiring strategy for the company.
- Onboarding Induction
- Design and deploy employee induction process for new campus hires.
- Owning up the company DNA and spreading it far and wide during the new campus hire induction.
- Talent Performance Management
- Lead the implementation change of robust, consistent, and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place.
- End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, talent assessment, change management, team building and leadership coaching.
Culture And Engagement :
- Lead the engagement agenda of the organization.
- Interface with members of the team to constantly measure and build team happiness. Support organizational change projects and their associated people implications.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies and solutions and be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch.
HR Operations :
- Lead the HR operations team to drive smooth functioning.
- Provide leadership and build organizational capability within the HR Operations function by developing a highly effective cross-trained team.
Lead HR Tech implementation:

- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent listening skills.
- Outstanding Coordination, Leadership & Team handling skills.
- Ability to drive the HR agenda in a constantly changing start-up environment
- Very strong focus on people development and culture building
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter. A tenacious individual that is not afraid of taking new initiatives and sometimes rejection.
- Expertise in conflict resolution
- Attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA (HR) required, Pref. Top B-School.
Experience: 6-10 Years
Living in / relocatable to Gurgaon
