Job Responsibilities :
- Actively engaging, managing and developing Leadership team members.
- Establish strong HR partnership across businesses. Implementing HR strategy covering learning & leadership, talent, career & performance management, compensation, employee engagement and diversity.
- Devise, develop and execute HR strategy, plans, programs and transformation aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives with a road map for future.
- Produce significantly greater capability to adjust underlying costs and faster ways to allocate talent.
Cultivate creative leaders - who can more nimbly lead in complex, global environments.
- Spearhead PMS process of entire Construction division including finalization of rewards.
- Evaluate various positions of senior leadership team as per Mercer's IPE.
- Facilitate succession planning process.
- Oversee leadership processes and leadership development programs
- Coordinate with the heads of various group companies and catalyzing, aggregating and harmonizing HR function.
- Handle entire campus recruitment process and their on-boarding process.
- To oversee the HR functions in Middle East, Africa and SAARC Countries.
