- Preparation of HR Strategies, HR Policy, Talent Acquisition, payroll, Balance Score Card, Training, Learning and Development and Team Building.
- Designing and implementing Organization Transformation interventions, Talent sourcing & Talent management.
- Extensive and effective stakeholder management, Time to time escalation to senior management, decision making and operational excellence
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Creating a performance driven culture in the Organization by enabling the business teams recognize their teams performance on a periodical basis.
- Design and implement a holistic HR strategy to meet short-term & long-term business challenges with focus on the following key areas such as talent & leadership, culture & values, engagement & connect, supervisory capability, productivity & cost.
- Develop compensation structure, talent management strategy and processes, talent acquisition strategy and goals as well as cost containment of benefit plans
