Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute COE strategies aligned with our business goals. Lead a team of experts and foster a culture of innovation.

- Establish best practices and drive operational excellence. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with department heads for retail enhancement. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team.

Qualifications:

MBA from a premier institute. Compensation: Upto 1.25 Cr PA
