Searching for a H.R. Generalist to Perform the Role of The Head of H.R. Department for a Large Organisation the Financial Services Domain to be based at Chennai.

Professionals Currently Associated with a Large Organisation having 15+ Years of Experience with Strong domain expertise in facilitating change, shaping organization, fostering communication, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Designing Rewards mechanisms and institutionalizing workplace Policies & HR Practices and Core competencies in Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Learning, Employee Engagement, Competency Mapping, Performance Management & development dialogue, and Retention Strategies.

Mandatory :

i) Must be Currently Associated with an Organisation and managing an Employee Strength of 2000+

ii) Must be Associated in the Services Domain - IT / ITES/BPO/Banking/Financial Services

iii) Willingness to Work in Chennai
